Begin with a compatible bag and spout
An aseptic filler connects suitably processed tomato product to an intended aseptic package. Bag size, spout design and the handling arrangement are specification inputs, not details to settle after the filler has been selected. Provide the package information with the product and filling requirement.
The two-position arrangement shown on the equipment page includes roller handling and overhead filling-head supports. Those visible features explain the machine layout; they do not establish compatibility with every bag or a guaranteed production rate. Confirm the package interface and intended operating procedure.
Compare sustained output rather than open-head flow
Product may flow quickly while a head is open, but drum positioning, bag preparation, spout handling, metering and changeover contribute to the complete filling cycle. A useful capacity comparison states the package, product conditions and repeated cycle on which the output is based.
Coordinate the filler with the continuous thermal system. Repeated filling interruptions can constrain the upstream process even when the nominal evaporator capacity is large. Define how product flow is managed during a bag change and what happens if the packaging section stops.
Specify the full thermal and aseptic interface
The final thermal process, product connection and filling state work as one boundary. The agreed product treatment must suit the recipe and package process; an earlier hot-break operation is not a substitute for the final treatment required for packaging.
Include product recovery, cleaning, drainage, instruments and drum handling in the scope review. Ask which utility and product conditions must be available at the connection point, and which items belong to the filler package or the adjoining thermal section.

Questions about this equipment and process
Does instantaneous filling flow equal sustained production?
No. Drum handling, metering, spout operations and bag changes also determine sustained output. Compare the complete cycle for the intended package.
Does an aseptic filler replace product thermal treatment?
No. It must be connected to a suitably established product process and compatible aseptic package.
